We're teaming up with Latinx In Gaming for Hispanic Heritage Month

September 15th to October 15th is National Hispanic Heritage Month, a time dedicated to honoring the cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latin Americans. To participate, we've teamed up with Latinx In Gaming; a non profit organization dedicated to supporting the needs of Latinx game developers and consumers in the gaming industry. From October 9th to 11th, members from of our team will be taking part in several panels and mentorship programs, as scheduled:

Power of ERGs Panel: Friday, October 9th at 6:00pm PT 
We're joining industry peers to discuss how our Employee Research Groups are supporting employees as well as the communities they represent. We’ll gain insights into how ERGs can influence a company’s growth, leverage opportunities for employees to be heard, support new leaders, advocate for better representation in the games being created, and how ERGs have had to adapt in the face of COVID. Erika Hernandez will be representing Kaleidoscope and Sledgehammer Games. Watch the live stream at twitch.tv/latinxingames.   

UNIDOS Cafecitos & Mentor Lounge, October 9th - 11th 
The UNIDOS Mentor Lounge is a three-day event hosted by the Puerto Rico Game Developers Association and the IGDA. Members from our team, as well as other games industry professionals, will be paired with mentees for 20-30 min sessions to discuss specific topics surrounding professional growth.
