Call of Duty: WWII Attack of the Undead Event - Community Challenge

Greetings, slayers! Our Attack of the Undead Community Challenge is well underway! Time to rack up those Zombies kills and reach the ultimate goal of 2 billion Zombie kills across Multiplayer and Nazi Zombies. Zombies community, you already know what to do. Just get rid of the darn things as usual. MP fans, you might be new to this whole Zombie slaying thing, but it’s nothing you can’t handle. Take a look around MP and try your hand at Infected mode to make sure you do your part in contributing to the cause.

Next week, we’ll be bringing you our brand-new MP mode Hordepoint, and the week after that, it’s Relic of the Undead, so you’ll have two more modes full of Zombies. And if the sight of caged up Zombies and massive amounts of flames in HQ doesn’t get you all fired up to hunt Zombies, we don’t know what will!

So let’s get down to the nitty gritty of the Community Challenge:

There are five Tiers full of rewards, and the community end goal is to get 2 billion Zombie kills across MP and Nazi Zombies! That means all your Zombie kills in Nazi Zombies and all your Zombie kills in MP will count towards the community total. Plus, not only are there MP rewards for each Tier, there are Nazi Zombies rewards as well. So eligible recipients are getting something special for each mode for each completed Tier.

Want to know which rewards you’ll be eligible for? Log in now and start slaying Zombies. After each Tier is completed by the community, all eligible players will receive that Tier's reward. Note: If you log in now (and before Tier 1 is completed), you’ll be eligible to collect the rewards from all Tiers. However, if you don’t log in during Tier 1 and log in after any given Tier has been completed, you will only be eligible to collect the rewards for each subsequent Tier. For example, if you don’t log in between now and the time Tier 1 has been completed, but log in during Tier 2, you will only be eligible to receive the rewards from Tiers 2-5.

Here’s a breakdown of the goods:

Tier 1: Calling Card ‘Stopping Power’ and 1 Nazi Zombies Supply Drop

Tier 2: Weapon Charm ‘Zombie Grunt’ and 1 Nazi Zombies Rare Supply Drop

Tier 3: Tesla Gun (not in Mail, but rather there is a chance for it to spawn in when a Zombie is killed for the remainder of the event) and 1 Zombies Weapon Camo

Tier 4: Special Helmet ‘Trophy Hunter’ and 1 Zombies Weapon Camo

Tier 5: Weapon Charm 'Emblematic' (This Weapon Charm will display whatever Emblem you have equipped) and 1 Zombies Weapon Camo

You also might have noticed that we’ve decreased the original community goal of 3 billion Zombie kills to 2 billion. Here’s why:

See that sick-looking Tesla gun reward at Tier 3? Once Tier 3 is completed, that Tesla gun will be unlocked and has the potential to spawn in for MP Zombies modes (Infected, Hordepoint, and Relic of the Undead) for the remainder of the Attack of the Undead Community Event. That’s why we’ve lowered the community goal of 3 billion Zombie kills to 2 billion, so you can complete each Tier more quickly and get more time to use that gun in MP and zap the Undead into oblivion.

The Attack of the Undead Community Event ends on June 26, but we expect you’ll all complete this Community Challenge before then. This is a team effort, so grab your friends and get cracking! Your rewards await…

UPDATE: Tier 1 of the Attack of the Undead Community Challenge has been completed! Eligible recipients can find their 'Stopping Power' Calling Card and Nazi Zombies Supply Drop rewards in their Mail.

UPDATE: Tier 2 of the Attack of the Undead Community Challenge has been completed! Eligible recipients can find their 'Zombie Grunt' Weapon Charm and Nazi Zombies Rare Supply Drop rewards in their Mail.

UPDATE: Tier 3 of the Attack of the Undead Community Challenge has been completed! The Tesla Gun now has the chance to spawn when a zombie is killed in the following Multiplayer modes: Infected, Hordepoint, and Relic of the Undead. Eligible recipients will find a new Nazi Zombies Weapon Camo equippable in weapon customization menus.

UPDATE: Tier 4 of the Attack of the Undead Community Challenge has been completed! Eligible recipients can find the 'Trophy Hunter' Special Helmet in their Mail. And a new Nazi Zombies Weapon Camo is now equippable in Nazi Zombies weapon customization menus.

UPDATE: Tier 5 of the Attack of the Undead Community Challenge has been completed, which means the Community Challenge has ended! Eligible recipients can find the 'Emblematic' Weapon Charm in their Mail. And a new Nazi Zombies Weapon Camo is now equippable in Nazi Zombies weapon customization menus.
