Call of Duty: WWII Blitzkrieg Event - Multiplayer Community Challenge

The past week has been – well, in a word – exhilarating! We poured our hearts into making Call of Duty: WWII DLC Pack 2: The War Machine as smashing as it could be, and so it feels really good to see all of you in the community having so much fun and enjoying yourselves. Our Blitzkrieg Community Event is now live with the addition of Ground War, the HQ map, 2XP opportunities, new weapons, camos, helmets, charms, and more!

We’re always looking for ways to improve the game and give you new, fun opportunities to get cool stuff. We also love seeing you interact with each other and work as teams to advance your Call of Duty soldier careers.

That’s why we’re excited to bring you our first Community Challenge! It’s an MP community-wide challenge with tiered rewards, available for all platforms to participate! Whether you prefer Contracts or Orders, your efforts will count towards the community total. You’ll all have to work together as a community to complete each Tier and claim your prizes in the Mail Post. The goal is to hit 75 million completed Contracts and Orders!

Here are the sweet rewards for each Tier, as well as details about the event:

Tier 1: Emblem “Clip”  

Tier 2: Calling Card “Eagle Gunner”

Tier 3: Weapon Charm “Bang!”

Tier 4: Special Helmet “M1 Ammo Reserves”

Tier 5: Grease Gun “Rosie II” (75 million Contracts and Orders)

Event Start Date: Friday, April 20, 2018

Event End Date: Tuesday, May 8, 2018

Here’s how to participate:

Log in on April 20 and start completing Contracts and/or Orders. Complete as many as you can! After each Tier is completed by the community, all eligible players will receive that Tier's reward. Note: If you log in on April 20, you’ll be eligible to collect the rewards from all Tiers. However, if you don’t log in during Tier 1 and log in after any given Tier has been completed, you will only be eligible to collect the rewards for each subsequent Tier. For example, if you don’t log in between April 20 and the time Tier 1 has been completed, but log in during Tier 2, you will only be eligible to receive the rewards from Tiers 2-5.

If you want to complete Contracts:

• Launch Call of Duty: WWII Multiplayer
• Tab over to HQ menu
• Head to the Quartermaster (Captain Butcher)
• Select Contracts you want to complete
• Complete Contracts
• Completed Contracts will be automatically tallied towards the community total

If you want to complete Orders:

• Launch Call of Duty: WWII Multiplayer
• Tab over to HQ menu
• Head to the Operations Officer (Major Howard)
• Select Orders you want to complete
• Complete Orders
• Completed Orders will be automatically tallied towards the community total

UPDATE: Tier 1 has been completed! Eligible recipients can head to their Mail to collect the "Clip" Emblem reward.

UPDATE: Tier 2 has been completed! Eligible recipients can head to their Mail to collect the "Eagle Gunner" Calling Card reward.

UPDATE: Tier 3 has been completed! Eligible recipients can head to their Mail to collect the "Bang!" Weapon Charm reward.

UPDATE: Tier 4 has been completed! Eligible recipients can head to their Mail to collect the "M1 Ammo Reserves" Special Helmet reward.

UPDATE: Tier 5 has been completed, and the Blitzkrieg Community Challenge is now over! Eligible recipients can head to their Mail to collect the Grease Gun "Rosie II" weapon variant reward.
